Where Your Christmas Order Ships From
Our Stripe Heirloom Stockings are dispatched directly from our Brisbane Christmas warehouse, where we keep our collection of Santa hats, sacks and stockings.
Please note that Christmas items will ship separately from Confetti Kidz clothing, nursery and accessory orders, which are dispatched from our other warehouse locations.
Embroidery & Personalisation
Our Stripe Heirloom Stockings feature their own signature embroidered detailing and are not available for name personalisation.

Dispatch & Shipping Timeframes
As no personalisation is required for this style, your stocking will be dispatched from Brisbane within our standard processing timeframe while stock is available.
Once dispatched, standard shipping timeframes apply based on your delivery location and selected shipping method at checkout. Tracking will be provided as soon as your order is on its way.
Ordering Christmas Items With Other Products
If your order contains Christmas items alongside clothing, nursery or accessories, your order may arrive in separate parcels and at different times, as these products are dispatched from different locations.
We hope you love your Stripe Heirloom Stocking. If you change your mind, you are welcome to return your stocking in its original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery for a store credit.
Items must be unused, unwashed and returned with all original tags and packaging intact, including the outside poly bag.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your stocking arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Please note that our Stripe Heirloom Stockings are not personalised, so the personalised-item return exclusions that apply to our embroidered Christmas products do not apply to this style.
