About Confetti Kidz

Hi, I'm Gemma — the heart behind Confetti Kidz and a proud mum to three energetic boys: Jack (11), Harvey (7), and Lachlan (4). Originally living in Brisbane, QLD, we've recently returned to my hometown of Hawke's Bay, New Zealand, where this little brand continues to grow.

I started Confetti Kidz ten years ago from my kitchen table, hand-sewing every piece with love. What began as a passion project has grown into a brand now stocked in some of the best retail stores across Australia and New Zealand.

As a mum of boys, I quickly noticed a gap in the market for unique, fun and creative clothing — especially for boys. I wanted to change that by offering thoughtfully designed pieces that are both stylish and practical for little ones to wear every day.

With a background in sewing, quality has always been at the heart of everything we do. I know what makes a garment feel and last beautifully, which is why I take great care in selecting only the finest fabrics. All of our baby wear is crafted from a premium blend of bamboo and organic cotton — chosen for its incredible softness, hypoallergenic properties, breathability and eco-friendly credentials. Gentle on delicate skin, and durable enough for the adventures of everyday life.
